It’s a fact. Great coaches don’t just help make great swimmers, they help make other great coaches. In an effort to further connect the coaching community at the high school level, Minnesota Swim and Vibe is hosting a mentor match program.
Seasoned coaches can sign up to be a mentor, newer coaches can sign up to be mentored.
It’s that simple.
Minnesota Swim and Vibe takes it from there and makes the match, makes the introduction and the two coaches then proceed however works best for them.
If you are a high school coach and you would like to offer to be a mentor or would like a mentor, just email mnswimandvibe@gmail.com
