Quincent is one of the hardest working athletes on our team. He shows up daily and always puts in the work required.
Quincent has shown an improvement in consistency as he’s matured, and that has resulted in significant time drops. Quincent swam his first 500 this week which is something he never imagined he would be able to do. He embodies the work ethic and philosophy we have here at Apollo.
