from Coach Randy Hansen
We always look to our seniors as the leaders on our team. I can not say enough good things about our four seniors this year.
Logan is our Mr. Versatile. He is willing to do anything and everything we ask of him. He is a terrific leader in the pool and the other guys follow his lead. I appreciate his dry sense of humor and his ability to analyze each part of his stroke.
Adrian is much more quiet than Logan, but when he speaks, the whole team listens. His long reach has out touched many swimmers over the years which has been really fun to watch. Adrian has amazing artistic ability and visiting teams are sometimes greeted by a drawing of his on our white board.
Mason is back with our team after a year away and we are glad to have him. He has taken some very important places in our dual meets and has grown to appreciate the 200 and 500 free. One thing I will remember about this season is how excited he gets every time he gets a PR in his event.
William has been one of our few divers ever since 8th grade. It is fun to watch him tackle new dives and work through the difficulty of them. I can count on him for a relay spot or 50 free anytime. Sometimes I can even get him to swim the breast for us.
From the sounds of it, you four seniors have contributed quite a bit to your team and program over the years. We are happy you are well prepared to move on to your next adventures, buts always sad to see the seniors leave. We would like to join your coaches in recognizing your dedication over the years. Vibe on boys!!!
