Positions are available for Mankato West/Dakota Meadows Boys Swim/Dive Program beginning November 2025. This positions are for approximately 2 hours per day/5 days per week (after school).
Summary of Duties:
* Prepare successful practice and performance plans while encouraging student participation, establishing team rapport, and motivating participants to achieve maximum potential.
* Be an example of sportsmanship
* Maintain equipment and inventory of all equipment, including uniforms.
* Supervise all areas of participation, including but not limited to: gyms, fields, locker rooms, buses, pools, etc.
* Work collaboratively with other coaching staff, Activities Director, families, and community resources.
* Maintains compliance with all rules and regulations of the MSHSL.
Preferred Qualities:
Previous participation and/or coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.
Qualifications Required:
Must meet MSHSL and Board guidelines
Rate of Pay:
$2,160 to $4,725 depending on level, activity, and experience.

The Mankato West boys aquatics program seeks a diving coach for the 2025-2026 season (11/24/2025 – 2/28/2026, ending at the Class A State Championship).
The Scarlets coaching staff is looking for a coach to accommodate a diving program for the team, hosted at the Dakota Meadows Middle School (North Mankato) pool. An ideal candidate has multiple years experience diving (and/or coaching competitive diving) and employs methods that are effective, safe, time efficient, and supportive of the athletes’ personal growth as competitors and individuals.
Our team practice & competition schedule is Monday-Saturday (with meet days primarily on Thursdays & Saturday; and some Tuesdays). Practices are non-meet days & should remain consistent, with a goal of 3-5 sessions a week; attendance at practices and meets is expected. The diving coach is otherwise invited (but not required) to participate closely in the management and development of the entire team.
