ST. CLOUD, Minn. – St. Cloud State Swim & Dive continues its season with the divers headed to Northfield, Minn., on Saturday for the Cows, Colleges & Contentment Classic. Diving action will begin 10:00 a.m. CT at Thorpe Pool with a live stream available on The MIAC Sports Network.
MEN’S PREVIEW
The Huskies men’s divers have not yet competed this season. Last season, junior Jimmy Nord (Chisago City, Minn.) earned NCAA All-America honors in both the 1-meter dive and 3-meter dive with eighth- and 12th-place finishes, respectively.
WOMEN’S PREVIEW
Four women’s divers competed in the Huskies last time out at the SCSU Quad on Oct. 11 with sophomore and Abriella Werner (Soldotna, Alaska) earning a second-place finish in the 3-meter dive with 254.60 points and a third-place finish in the 1-meter dive with 246.35 points.
