Our team is looking for a JV Assistant Swim Coach who is eager and excited to work with our younger and newer swimmers! We highly value this position in shaping the development and skillset of our swimmers as they adapt to our team and sport.
We aspire to have a coach who:
-has great knowledge of the sport and technique of competitive swimming
-is comfortable working with young girls who range in their swimming experience and personality
-has the ability to adapt workout plans based on the head coach’s pre-assigned workouts
-can think on the spot and creatively adjust coaching techniques with an individual swimmer’s learning style
-cares about the athlete’s wellbeing first and the sport second
-has a fun, positive, and encouraging coaching style
The JV Assistant Coach is expected to attend every practice M-F from 4:00-5:30 and attend dual meets which are held once a week on Thursday evenings
