PAUL, Minn. – Senior Emma Henry (Chesapeake, Va./Oscar Smith) set a school record in the 100-yard individual medley with a time of 1:00.03 as the Macalester College women’s swimming team competed at the Last Chance Invite on Saturday. Senior Izzy Uhlhorn-Thornton (Mill Valley, Calif./Tamalpais) finished second in the 100-yard IM in 1:03.68 and also won the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:22.38. First year Poppy Wedding (Madison, Wis./Middleton) posted a time of 2:14.47 in the 200-yard backstroke. First year Jay Young (Arlington, Va.) rounded out the Scots in the 100-yard IM with a time of 1:05.93. This concludes the regular season for women’s swim.
