One of the easiest ways to develop great kids in your program is to have great role models that you can point to as an example. Telling them how to do something is one thing, but showing them someone doing it the right way in real time is way better! The senior leaders at Cathedral/St. John’s Prep are exactly that
They have done an excellent job as senior leaders! said Coach Daiker “Bringing the team together for activities, being strong role models for the younger girls – and their favorite thing: working with the new swimmers when we do stations and drills. This helps to build team culture and support from the leadership roles.”
