They say attitude is everything and in a sport like swimming, a positive attitude is key. Ogilvie Mora seniors Abby Telander, Nora Houglum, Tayah Anderson, Noelle Williamson-Shaw, and Morgan Calander have been together since 7th grade and have keep the positive vibes going the entire time.
Coach Miller said “This small group of seniors started in 7th grade together. They have continued to support, persevere, and maintain such a positive attitude for each other and the girls on the team. These groups of girls will continue to have an impact on the younger swimmers as they move on because of the strong foundation they have built. Our team is small even with two schools combined, but the family-like feeling these girls have with each other is created because of their efforts in and out of the pool.”
I’m sure it’s going to be hard to imagine the team without these exceptional young ladies, but the legacy they leave behind will be there for quite some time.
